Returns / Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order within 14 days of receiving it either by email to [email protected], quoting your name, order number and item/s to cancel; by telephone or by sending the goods back to us with the order form.
Returned goods must adhere to conditions set out within our returns policy and that comply with the UK Online and Distance Selling Regulations.
Please return items to Phoenix of Ash Ltd, The Courtyard, 248 Shawfield Road, Ash Vale, GU12 5DJ. In original packaging and with tags intact.
We will accept goods back into stock* for refund within 28 days of purchase.
If we agree to accept an item for refund or exchange the goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition with the original packaging and/or tags still attached. Items not adhering to these terms are subject to a 15% handling fee at the discretion of the management.
All garments returned are thoroughly inspected and if it appears as though they’ve been used for any period of time aside from trying on then we cannot issue a refund and you will be asked to collect your goods from the shop.
* Please note that your right to return items does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless they are faulty:
- Goods made or supplied to order
- Socks and tights
